Is it Madonna or her daughter? Lourdes Ciccone at only age 13 is really starting to look a lot like Madonna. Lourdes Ciccone makes front cover in German magazine Quality. Even though Madonna does not want Lourdes working in Hollywood, she sure looks like Hollywood is gonna work around her. Madonna has turned down offers for Lourdes but does seem to encourage a future career in acting. No one knows yet, but we might have a new Teen Queen of something soon and with her Queen Mom’s approval I am sure we will like it.
