Miley Cyrus Vs Dakota Fanning : Fashion Face Off 2009 - Okay which is your favorite? I totally like Dakota Fanning over Miley Cyrus. Know, the shoot Miley Cyrus just did on Elle is a huge step up, but Dakota has presence, glamour and the Hollywood Young Glamour look down. With Dakota Fanning coming out in the “New Moon” we are sure to see more of her soon.
